Egypt’s Damietta LNG plant has resumed loading cargoes for the first time since July 2023.

A cargo has loaded from the plant on 6 January. Because of domestic demand and lack of feedgas availability, Egypt’s plants (Damietta and Idku) halted loading cargoes in July 2023 . Idku restarted loadings in October 2023.
